Job description:
- Technical build-up of a new production plant
- Technical management and forward-looking control of an entire plant with a state-of-the-art technology
- Securing the production in terms of due dates, costs and quality based on a budget and investment planning worked out by you
- Build-up of the processes and the technical infrastructure
- Planning, control and optimization of the production techniques and processes
- Implementation of the quality management within the production area
- Targeted personnel management
- Qualifying of the personnel with a team of training supervisors (commercial, technical, project)
- You will report and work together directly with the Manager Supply Chain of the group

Who we are looking for:
Your profile

- Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering diploma (University, Technical University, UAS)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a leading position, e.g. as plant manager, production manager or a similar function
- Perennial experience in the field of textiles respectively circular knitting
- Ability to become acquainted promptly with the circular knitting production (technically and in terms of quality)
- Substantiated knowledge and experience of business management, production planning as well as control and ideally in terms of quality management
- You are an active manager with a high degree of commitment, loyalty, conflict management ability as well as assertiveness
- You are a native speaker Serbian with a good knowledge of German and English
- International work experience is advantageous
