With the approach to provide high quality facility management services for our future clients we are looking for highly motivated employees for our Belgrade office in the following position and with the qualification requirements:

Real Estate Manager:
Communication with owners/lessor/lessee
Clearing of insured losses
Prepare and execution of meetings with owners/lessor/lessee
Issuing and booking of Outgoing invoices
Issuing and booking of Incoming invoices
Accounting of the objects
Payments on due
Dunning process
Correspondence with lessee
Issuing of the yearly annual account of the objects
Issuing of reports for the owners/lessor
Compliance of the agreements in the lease contracts
Deposit management
Period/deadline management

Criteria:
Languages: Serbian, English
Experience in accounting (components of an invoice, accounting,…)
Basic legal understanding (finance department, remittances, taxes)
Interest in the procedures of facilities

Social skills:
Social competence
Professional appearance
Objective analysis and handling of problems
Experience in Excel
Conflict resolution capability
