Employee in the role of WebSphere Sales Representative is responsible for promoting WebSphere solutions that address client's business needs (both industry and business) and deliver client value while supporting brand specific business strategies. This includes: - applying your sales and product expertise, often in conjunction with Business Partners, on specific opportunities to match IBM solutions to customer requirements close the business for IBM - maintaining strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in these accounts - thoroughly understanding the client's business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues - creating solutions which are tailored to client's business needs and integrating the brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition. - when necessary, understanding and navigating IBM to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client - thoroughly understanding and applying IBM strategies and offerings for the specific assigned brand - understanding and promoting WebSphere capabilities in order to develop winning solutions that deliver client value propositions, are tailored to the client's specific business needs, and are superior to the competition - understanding of competition - ability to work independently as well as in a team. Additional requirements: - Good understanding of at least one major industry (banking, public, telco) - Sales and technical knowledge of software and solution offerings such as WebSphere and/or similar solutions and experience in selling large-scale software systems is advantage - Good communication with good negotiating and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure in changing environments - Ability to work in multi-brand team - Ability to take strategic decisions - Market awareness Required Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years experience in Sales IT At least 3 years experience in Cooperation with clients and business partners At least 2 years experience in - Good understanding of at least one major industry (banking, public, telco) English: Intermediate Serbian: Intermediate Preferred Engineering IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
